This program is designed for hockey athletes to help them recover from the high demands placed on the hips and groin.

Mobility 365 Project

The Mobility 365 Project is a daily routine for anyone who does not move as well as they would like. This personalized mobility program is designed as either a morning or evening routine, or/and preparation prior to exercise.

You do not need to be injured to benefit from physiotherapy. If a joint or muscle is limiting your ability to get into positions to be proficient at a task, we can help restore motion to increase your performance.
